Around this time last month, things felt like shit.
I wrote that end of the year post feeling like things were taking a bad turn.
But over the last couple weeks, things have been feeling so much better.
The Google API approval has been so big for that. It feels like the biggest weight was lifted.
And combining Starter Story and Pigeon has been a nice way to re-think things. Now, I can think of all of my projects are making $9k/month, whereas before I was thinking one project was totally failing.
But putting them together has given me a better perspective. I now work more on Starter Story as Pigeon feels a lot more normalized. I'm making nice changes to Starter Story which will help it grow as well!
I know that times won't always feel like this. I will probably go through more dark periods like I did in December. But it's important to cherish this time as it happens. Most days feel great right now! I feel happy and confident about things :)
